Welcome to SHAHEM Construction. This Shipping Policy explains how we manage delivery, transportation, project execution, and service fulfillment for our construction and engineering projects.

Since SHAHEM Construction provides service-based construction solutions, this policy refers to on-site project delivery rather than physical product shipping.

1. No Physical Shipping

SHAHEM Construction does not sell or ship physical products.

All services are delivered directly at the client’s project location, including:

  • Residential construction projects
  • Commercial construction projects
  • Renovation and remodeling
  • Interior & exterior works
  • MEP installations
  • Civil engineering services

2. Service Delivery Model

Our delivery model is based on project execution stages:

  • Site inspection and planning
  • Material arrangement (if included in contract)
  • Workforce deployment
  • Construction execution
  • Quality checks and supervision
  • Final handover

Each project is delivered according to agreed scope and timeline.

3. Project Start (Mobilization)

Work begins after:

  • project confirmation
  • advance payment (if applicable)
  • site readiness approval
  • required documentation completion

Mobilization may include:

  • labor deployment
  • machinery setup
  • material procurement
  • site preparation

4. Delivery Timeline

Project timelines are estimated and may vary depending on:

  • project size and complexity
  • weather conditions
  • material availability
  • government approvals
  • design changes
  • site conditions
  • labor availability

SHAHEM Construction ensures timely execution but does not guarantee exact delivery dates unless specified in a signed agreement.

5. Material Transportation

If materials are part of the contract:

  • materials may be sourced locally or from approved suppliers
  • transportation is arranged by SHAHEM Construction or partners
  • delivery to site is done in phases based on project needs

Clients will be informed when major material deliveries are scheduled.

6. Site Access & Client Responsibility

Clients must ensure:

  • proper site access
  • legal permissions and approvals
  • availability of utilities (if required)
  • readiness for construction work

Delays caused by inaccessible or unprepared sites are not the responsibility of SHAHEM Construction.

7. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • weather conditions
  • government restrictions or approvals
  • supplier delays
  • labor shortages
  • force majeure events
  • client-requested changes

In such cases, revised timelines will be communicated.

8. Third-Party Services

We may work with third-party vendors for:

  • heavy equipment transport
  • specialized materials
  • subcontracted works

SHAHEM Construction is not responsible for delays caused by third-party service providers.

9. Project Completion & Handover

A project is considered delivered when:

  • all agreed work is completed
  • quality inspection is passed
  • client review is completed
  • final handover is approved

10. Changes in Project Scope

Any changes requested after project initiation may affect:

  • delivery timeline
  • cost estimation
  • material requirements
  • workforce planning

All changes must be approved before execution.

11. Limitation of Liability

SHAHEM Construction is not responsible for delays or issues caused by:

  • natural disasters
  • government actions
  • client-side delays
  • third-party logistics
  • unforeseen site conditions
